Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Simone Salvucci, Kaukysos g. 4-41, 11342 Vilnius, Lithuania ("we", "us"), the publisher of the Yes, I Do app. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app you download from the App Store. These terms add to it, and where the two differ, Apple's agreement governs the licence to the app itself.
1. The app
Yes, I Do helps you plan a wedding: budget, payments, guests, seating, tasks and files, shared with one partner. Some features read what you give them, such as a photo of a quote, and fill things in for you. Their results can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them.
2. Your account
You need an account to save and share your plan. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 16. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
3. Trial and purchase
- The app is free for 14 days from when you finish setting up your wedding. After that, a one-time in-app purchase unlocks it.
- The price is shown in the app before you pay, in your local currency. It is not a subscription and never renews.
- Apple processes the payment under its own terms. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- One purchase covers you and the partner who shares your wedding in the app. If either of you pays, both of you are unlocked for as long as you share that wedding.
- The purchase stays with your account. Use Restore purchase on a new phone signed in to the same account and store account.
- When the trial ends, what you entered is kept. You need to unlock the app to keep using it.
4. Your content
What you put in the app stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the app for you and your partner, as the Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for having the right to add the details of guests, vendors and other people, and for adding only what you need to plan your wedding.
5. Not professional advice
Budget suggestions, contract reviews and planning suggestions are general information to help you organise. They are not legal, financial or tax advice. For decisions that matter, such as signing a contract, speak to a qualified professional.
6. Fair use
Use the app to plan your own wedding. Do not try to break or overload it, reach data that is not yours, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we can.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors. We may improve or change features. If we ever stop offering the app, we will give you at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your plan.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for decisions you make based on the app's suggestions, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
9. Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like. These terms end when your account is deleted, except the parts that by their nature continue, such as section 8.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Please write to us first; most things can be sorted out by email.
