Common questions
How does the free trial work?
The app is free for 14 days from when you finish setting up your wedding. After that, one payment unlocks it for good. It is not a subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Does my partner need to pay too?
No. Invite your partner from More, then Plan together. Once you share a wedding, one purchase unlocks the app for both of you. If your partner already paid, open the app on their phone once, then open it on yours, and it unlocks.
I got a new phone. How do I get my purchase back?
Sign in with the same account and your plan comes back with it. If the app still asks you to pay, open the paywall and tap Restore purchase while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from More, then Manage purchase, in the app.
I did not get my confirmation code.
Check your spam folder for an email from noreply@mail.getyesido.com. The code is good for one hour, and Send a new code on the same screen sends a fresh one.
Can I get a copy of my data?
You can share your guest list as a PDF or spreadsheet from the Guests tab. For a full copy of everything we hold about you, email us and we will send it within 30 days.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open More. Delete all data removes your wedding, guests and files. Delete account removes your account and everything tied to it. If you cannot get into the app, email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you.
Trying it early
Yes, I Do is in testing before its App Store release. To join the beta on iPhone, email us and we will send a TestFlight invitation. Purchases in the beta use Apple's test environment and are never charged.
